Headed by master brewer, Wolfgang Koedel, the brewery produces approximately 30,000hl annually to create their four flagship beers — Pilsner, Lager, Krystal Weiss and Amber Weiss — as well as seasonal special editions. (Harvest Lager, Mandarina Bavaria, Oktoberfest, Imperial IPA and Red Weiss)
CBC must certainly be doing something right, because back in 2014 the brewery already saw approximately 45,000 visitors move through their doors. Today, CBC continues to produce the same great quality beers.
