Stellenbosch Brewing Company prides itself in creating inspired beers for inspired moments. It was on a cross-continental camping trip that founder brewer Bruce Collins and his wife and Taproom manager Karen Collins conspired to opening up a microbrewery in South Africa. After sampling beers from around the world they collated a list of styles and recipes that they wanted to bring to the South African beer lover.
It took them six years of trialing the recipes and obtaining the necessary brewing certifications before they were totally happy with the recipes. They sure did put in the hours of love, sweat and dedication that have made their beers truly unique and a cut above the rest.
